2015 Brecon Forty-Two (Library, Club Only!)
Inspired by the “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.” A wine with the answer to the ultimate question, life, the universe and everything! Spoiler Alert! In our third episode (read Vintage) Brecon moves away from whole cluster fermentation (Stems not quite spicy enough in 2015). Then Mourvedre, 47.3%, steals the lead role from Syrah, 42.2%, and for the first time we see Grenache Rouge 3% join Petite Sirah 7.5% in the complex sub-plot. The whole installment is almost entirely set in Calcareous Hilltops of the stunning Adelaida district 88.6%. Surely must be a NY Times best seller!
